This painting is depicting a scene from southern
Saskatchewan. Whitetail deer are very skittish, and start to 'yardup' in
the fall. The buck is about to bound off the scene, and you can be sure
the doe will go with him. The scene is part of an abandoned farmyard
and a small hay field. A perfect place for white tails! |
